Arriba! Y Filetes (Arriba! Ribeyes)
Serves 2
| 6 oz | Arriba! Red Salsa |
| 1/4 cup | fresh lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 tbsp | dried oregano leaves -- crushed |
| 2 | garlic cloves -- minced |
| 4 | boneless beef ribeye steaks, 1-inch thick -- (8-ounce) |
For marinade, combine Arriba! Red Salsa, lime juice, oil, oregano and garlic.
Place steaks in plastic food-safe bag; add marinade, turning to coat.
Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coals.
Grill 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rate to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
