Guacamole
Makes 3-4 cups
| 4 | avocados, peeled -- seeded and mashed |
| 8 oz | Arriba! Medium Red Salsa |
| 1/4 cup | onion -- finely chopped |
| 4 tbsp | green chili peppers, canned -- finely chopped |
| 3 tbsp | lemon juice or lime juice |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| tortilla chips |
In a bowl stir together the mashed avocados, Arriba! Medium Red Salsa, onion, chili peppers, lemon juice, salt, and worcestershire sauce.
Season to taste and chill.
Serve with corn tortilla chips.
