Chile Con Carne (Beef 'N Chile)
Serves 4
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 cup | onion -- chopped |
| 3/4 cup | green pepper -- chopped |
| 1 jar | Arriba! Red Salsa -- (16 ounce) |
| 1 can | red kidney beans -- drained |
| 1 | bay leaf |
| 1 tsp | salt |
In heavy skillet, cook meat, onion, and green pepper until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf.
